During the year 2016, due events that went against him, Baptiste had burnout. To heal himself and see things from other perspectives, he went to Toronto, Canada for a while. Drawing on his life background, he created Boost Mind™, a concept designed for entrepreneurs and growth-oriented individuals who want to enhance their performance and achieve success.

Baptiste is also the co-founder and owner of BJ Positive Wear, a clothing brand dedicated to promoting positive body awareness and acceptance among women.

He was born in Ang Thong, Thailand on February 19th, 1994. By adoption, he arrived and grew up in Switzerland. He worked in logistics, private security, and social education field. Baptiste Monnet has made it his life's mission to help people live a life of productivity and prosperity.
